At Heavenduft, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We stand behind the quality of our fragrances and offer our customers a “Love It or Get 100% Refund – 7 Day Guarantee” so you can shop with confidence.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. 7 Day Love It or Get 100% Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your fragrance, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

1.1 The product must be at least 90–95% full. Only light testing of the perfume is permitted.

1.2 The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

1.3 The original packaging including the box, bottle, and cap must be intact.

1.4 Customers may be required to provide clear product photos or an unboxing video for verification.

1.5 The product must be returned to our address before the refund is processed.

1.6 Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

1.7 This satisfaction guarantee is limited to one refund per product per customer to prevent misuse of the policy.

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

2.1 Email us at heavenduft@gmail.com with clear photos of the product.

2.2 An unboxing video may be required for verification.

2.3 After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping charges.


3. Order Cancellation

3.1 Orders can only be cancelled before the shipping label or tracking ID is generated.

3.2 Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


4. Non Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or incorrect.

4.1 Artisanal or limited edition perfumes.

4.2 Sample products or discovery sets.

4.3 Travel sprays.

4.4 Products purchased during clearance sales, combo deals, or special promotional offers.

4.5 Gift cards.


5. Shipping Charges

5.1 Shipping charges are non refundable, except when the product received is damaged or incorrect.

5.2 For the 7 day satisfaction guarantee, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.


6. Cash on Delivery Orders

6.1 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit once the returned product is received and inspected.


7. International Orders

7.1 Returns for international orders are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

7.2 Claims must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

7.3 Custom duties, import taxes, and courier charges are non refundable.


8. Refund Processing Time

8.1 Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

8.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
